Joel Dombrow, Lead Pastor, has been serving in ministry since 1994. Joel and his family grew up in the Northwest, and he is a graduate of Multnomah Biblical Seminary, earning an MA in Pastoral Studies.
Joel and his wife Joy have been married since 1994, and together, they share a passion to be used by God to make a difference for Christ in the world. His family is the central part of his life, and they are active in West Linn sports and community programs.
Joel values team work and the ethic of living out a Christ-centered life—in all aspects of his life. His gifts of teaching, motivating, leading and seeking excellence for Christ are exciting attributes that he brings to WCC.
