Do you remember a Sunday school teacher or a special adult who made a difference in your life? When was the last time you really sat down and listened to a young child? Want to see life through some fresh eyes?
Children are the heart of our church, and helping them to develop a love for God is the heart of our children’s ministries. You will feel so rewarded as you serve as a leader, assistant or helper for our kids. Partnered with a fellow servant at all times, we train you and support you as you learn to share Bible stories, music, drama and age-appropriate lessons with the children.
There are so many ways to help our children grow their love for God, both as a teacher and behind the scenes. I’m looking forward to hearing from you about what God is calling you to do – please give me a call or email me.
Summer 2010
Let us introduce to you Summer Family Fun. These events will bring families together in new and creative ways. We are moving in the direction of a better, more effective environment to support the entire family, something that a 5-day Vacation Bible School does not adequately provide. These events will bring the entire church; adults and children, together following the direction that our lead pastor Joel Dombrow set for us during our recent Marriage and Family series.
This Summer we are excited about Family Nights, that provide an intentional, family-focused gathering enabling an enriching, shared family experience.
We will gather from 6-8pm on the last Tuesday each month this Summer. Come to three Family Nights:
